Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and box, ensuring all security tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
